Renovations

Within Unirent Invest Sp. z o.o. we also carry out renovations, comprehensively preparing apartments for rent that are already owned by clients, newly purchased or received, for example, as an inheritance.

Home Staging

This is the professional preparation of a property for sale or rent. It involves the proper presentation and showing of the potential of the Property so that it can be sold or rented in the shortest possible time and for the highest possible price.

The next stage of our company’s development are FLIPS – we buy, renovate, furnish and sell apartments on our own account or in cooperation with clients based on the principle of division agreed individually with the client.
